Instructions
APPLICATION
Sand and, if necessary, fill the floor, using one of our filler bonding agents. After final sanding or screening (#120 screen disc), vacuum and tack thoroughly.
Agitate the component 1 (finish) to obtain an homogeneous distribution of the matting substances, then mix the two components and wait 10 min. before application to allow prereaction. Apply by roller (Minerva mohair 5 mm hair), by brush (in fine coat) or by spray (airless), adhering
to the prescribed recoating and abrading schedule. It is recommended to abrade between coats. After abrading, always eliminate dust carefully.
Follow preferably one of the cycles below:
2 coats of MATT finish
1 coat of FONDO K2 07 sealer + 1 coat of MATT
1 coat of ISOLANTE 65 sealer + 2 coats of MATT.
NOTICE
Apply at a room temperature between +15°C and +35°C with no more than 70% of relative air humidity.
Adhere to the recommended coverage and don’t leave any excess product on the surface.
The finished surface gets the final sheen degree within 10 – 15 days.
The final sheen is closely related to the thickness applied
It can be cautiously walked on after 24 hours and achieves the optimal physical resistance after 7 - 10 days.
Dispose of excess product and empty containers properly!
If the original unopened containers are stored in a cool and dry place, the product will keep for at least 12 months.
